The country perfectly blends old and new in all forms of expression, including architecture, arts, and food. Generous portions of fresh and healthy Mediterranean cuisine are very affordable and always appreciated by foodies, especially those dishes incorporating local citrus fruits, sea salt, & olive oils.

Our 4-day retreat will take place at a gorgeous retreat house near the picturesque, hillside city of Sintra. Our client concierge will provide you with a list of nearby accommodations that are a quick Uber ride. Sintra has long been a desirable destination because of its castles, enchanted forests, and cozy cafés. It's a designated UNESCO World Heritage site.

This leadership retreat gives you an exclusive experience that's specifically designed for you.

Each day of the retreat has been thoughtfully curated to inspire your transformation, empower your growth, and set you up for success.

Once your application is approved, you'll receive a special questionnaire that will help the 4 mentors get a sense of your vision, values, and voice. You'll also receive the Service-Driven Leadership Style assessment - a 20 year system that has been a proven framework for discovering the unique vantage point and phase of embodiment that sets up your impact to more successful, sustainable, and joyful.

Prior to the event, you will be invited to meet your coaches and the other participants in virtual mixer.

You'll fly into the capital city of Lisbon (Humberto Delgado Airport; LIS), and stay in your choice of accommodations. From there, you will be free to move around on your own until the retreat begins on May 11, 2023. It's easy to get around with a multitude of transportation options, from affordable flights to local trains, taxis, and ride sharing. When you arrive at the retreat center, you will be greeted by all four coaches.

On day one, we will start by setting the stage to tune your lens and empower your beliefs to "Infinite Potential." Your visionary potential will be unleashed and nourished. These sessions will focus on discovering and removing blocks (conscious or subconscious) that could be causing resistance to your confidence, your creativity, or next stage of impact with your projects.

On day two, we will focus on "Clarity & Confidence" deep dive sessions, where you will learn how to identify your character assets, embody the confidence of you as a brand leader, and grow infinitely with your team.

On day three, we will guide you on "Empower & Embody” empowering sessions to put in place a solid foundation with effective project management and leadership skills, so you can return home ready to grow infinitely with your team.

On day four, we will facilitate a fun "Connection & Care” experience, where we will take you on an outdoor Photo Safari & Picnic excursion to enjoy gorgeous Sintra and its delicious treats. Mother's Day PHOTO

Mother's Day is a way to honor all the maternal role models in our lives who nurture, nourish, and mentor our highest good.

Pamper yourself during our Photo Safari and Picnic excursion in historic Sintra where you'll create beautiful memories in the most rewarding way possible.

The day will include an abundance of magical moments. You'll get to appreciate the vibrant Palace of Pena, enjoy your choice of a picnic lunch in the enchanted National forest, and sample a variety of local delectables in the charming cafés.

Throughout the day, we'll pause in the most photogenic spots to capture new brand photos of you that showcase your elevated message and marketing. You will receive a total of 8 professionally edited brand photos within 30 days of the retreat.

1. Is this retreat open to anyone?
Yes, anyone is welcome to apply. The retreat is ideal for the established entrepreneurs who run established 5- to 7-figure businesses.

2. When is the deadline to apply?
The deadline to apply for the retreat at the early bird price is Sunday, February 5th, 2023. The deadline to apply for the retreat at the regular price is Sunday, March 5th, 2023.

3. When will I know if my application was accepted?
All successful early-bird applicants will be notified by Friday, February 17th. All other applicants will be notified by March 18th, 2023.

4. What exactly is included in the retreat fee?
Your retreat fee includes:
  • Ticket to attend the 4-day in-person retreat
  • Pre-retreat virtual mixer
  • Leadership style assessment
  • All lunches, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages during retreat hours
  • Welcome dinner and celebration dinner
  • Photo safari and picnic excursion to Sintra

All participants are responsible for their own:
  • Travel arrangements between your home and Lisbon, Portugal (LIS)
  • Local transportation between the airport, your hotel, and the retreat venue (ride sharing, Uber, etc)
  • Hotel accommodations and associated fees
  • All meals except for those included in the retreat fee (see above)
  • All personal medications, hygiene, and health/wellness items
  • Travel insurance

5. What is the price if I miss the early bird?
If you miss the early bird deadline, the price increases from US$3400 to US$3900.

6. What other costs should I keep in mind?
All participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from Portugal, travel insurance, local transportation, and hotel accommodations. A variety of transportation methods are available, including train and taxis. A list of quality accommodations in the area will be sent to you after your application is approved. Expect to spend about $120-180 per night. 

7. What is the best airport to fly into?
The closest airport to the retreat location is the Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS) is Lisbon, Portugal, which is located within an hour of Sintra, if traveling by car. 

8. Do team members need to submit applications? 
Yes, every person who would like to attend the retreat needs to fill out an application by the deadline.

9. Would it be possible to have a private VIP Day with all four coaches following the retreat?
There will be a bonus option to add on a private VIP day with all four experts (limited spots available). Approved applicants will receive more details on this opportunity in their acceptance email. 10. Could I work with one of the experts individually?
Yes, all four experts have private consulting services available. Typically, one customized VIP day with either Sherry, Caroline, Erna or Jaleh would start at above $3,000, so please inquire via email for more details. 11. When is payment due?
If your application is successful, you will receive an invitation to accept or decline this opportunity. Your payment is due within two weeks of your acceptance.

12. What is the refund policy?
Due to the limited space, all sales are final. If, for some reason, you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to someone else, as long as the replacement application is accepted.

13. Will I meet the other participants prior to the retreat? 
Yes, there will be a virtual mixer via Zoom prior to the retreat where you will meet your coaches and the other participants.

14. How many days will the retreat last?
The in-person retreat will last for 4 days. 

15. What is the daily schedule like?
We start every day with an EFT session, followed by a main session led by one of our expert coaches. We break for lunch, after which we have another main session. There will be short breaks throughout the day with snacks and non-alcohol beverages included. 

16. Are meals included in the event price?
Lunches, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided every day of the retreat. The welcome and wrap-up celebration dinners are included. All other meals are on your own. 

17. What if I have dietary restrictions?
Your dietary restrictions will be accommodated. Special requests can be made in our pre-event intake questionnaire.

18. Do I need a visa to visit Portugal?
It depends on your nationality. European Union, Canadian, American, and Australian citizens can visit Portugal for up to 90 days without a visa. Please consult your country's travel and health guidelines prior to booking your travels.

19. If I don't speak Portuguese, will I be OK?
Yes, you will be fine. Most locals speak English well. Spanish and French are also commonly spoken and generally understood. You will received access to an attendee contact list prior to arrival for the benefit of ride-sharing, etc.

20. What currency do I need to bring?
The official currency of Portugal is the Euro.

21. What types of payment methods are accepted in Portugal?
Most major forms of payment, including credit cards, are widely accepted in Portugal. Notify your credit card company that you will be traveling, so there are no issues. Tipping in restaurants is not required, but greatly appreciated.

22. What time zone is Portugal in?
Portugal is on Western European Standard Time (same as UK and Ireland).

23. What is the World Safety Rating for Portugal?
Portugal ranks high in the Global Peace Index.
